UPECA Engineering exercises tight control over the manufacturing, engineering and logistics of its products and equipment, from the delivery of raw materials right up to the delivery of the components and equipment itself.

Emphasis on strong traceability is not only confined to its raw materials but also extends all the way up to the finished component and equipment itself. UPECA Engineering has put in place a parts traceability system, which like its name suggests, allows the company to trace the historical details of a single component and machine from design to fabrication to commissioning. By doing so, the Company is able to better determine the causes for any component failure, and to facilitate quality management matters far more effectively.

UPECA Engineering administers KPIs and QC Checks throughout its production process in order to monitor all parameters and to adopt proactive measures in preserving quality.

Our respective subsidiaries are certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards for their manufacturing processes and quality practices. Two of our subsidiaries have also received approvals from leading Aerospace and Oil & Gas companies for their manufacturing methods and quality assurance procedures to produce high precision parts and assemblies for these high technology industries.

UPECA Engineering invests heavily to constantly upgrade its quality engineering and assurance capabilities every year and to date, the Company has a host of QA/QC equipment and tools such as Auto CMM Beyond Crysta 910, 14" Screen Horizontal Optical Comparator, Programmable Linear Height, Surface Roughness Tester, Mitutoyo Graplate, Hardness Tester, Height Gauges, Gauge Block and Assorted Pin Gauges, Digital Micrometers and Callipers.
