Customer Focus
Besides working closely with our customers in the design stage of their automation solution, we also conduct regular meetings and visits to brief them on the progress of the project. Quality meetings and post mortem meetings are also held to address issues raised and to improve our service quality.
Solutions Delivered
We provide three types of automation solutions to our customers. The first solution is as a one-stop turnkey project manager to help our customers develop Factory Automation System from digital design concept right through to final sytem delivery.
We also work closely with our customers as their production partner for Equipment Contract Manufacturing where we leverage on our integrated facility to mass produce equipment that is assured to meet all the functional and quality specifications as provided by our customers.
Our third offering is Engineered Assembly services. We have a team of highly trained talents that can easily understand the steps and requirements to assemble a partial or complete unit of parts or components for our customers. We also provide testing and other value-added services to ensure that the assembled parts will work according to the specifications set by our customers.
