Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience.
Independent, able to work under pressure, communicates well and computer literate.
Knowledge in CAD CAM & Unigraphics software.
Able to interpret and comprehend engineering blue prints.
Sales Engineers (Selangor - Puchong)
Responsibilities:
Seek and develop new customers to effectively support the achievement of Group's revenue growth targets per strategic business and annual budget plan.
Assist to formulate effective business strategies, marketing plans, and initiatives towards brand building.
Perform market research to provide accurate and timely information for decision making and sales forecast.
Maintain close contact with existing customers in providing effective customer service as well as to grow the revenue and add value.
Follow through with necessary actions to ensure closing of all sales effort, ensuring deliverables and collectibles to a high satisfaction standard.
Manage assigned projects or new business venture undertaken by the Group of Companies.
Uphold the Group's value system in managing day to day business activities.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
Those with relevant experience in similar industry would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to interact comfortably with all levels of people and influence them to work as a team.
Able to work independently, disciplined and is self motivated towards personal growth and achievement.
Ability to operate effectively in a change environment.
